Highcroft Ridge ROSE Values

Highcroft Ridge's ROSE Values center around our core belief that our Highcroft Ridge community works tirelessly to show Respect, Ownership, Safety, and Excellence throughout the school day and beyond. These values inform our school motto, "A great place to grow,"  are explicitly taught to all Redhawks, and are celebrated through various traditions, activities, and recognitions.

R stands for Respect

I will honor, accept, and celebrate myself and others by treating other people and their things the way I would like to be treated.

O stands for Ownership

I will take pride and responsibility for my learning, feelings, and actions.

S stands for Safety

I will use self-control with my words and actions to keep myself and others from being hurt.

E stands for Excellence

I will be the best I can be, whatever I do, wherever I go,  whether I want to or not.
